Annual Budget Vote & Election

This year's annual budget vote & election will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, by absentee ballot only.  The Budget Hearing will be held remotely on May 26, 2020. The Adjourned Budget Hearing will be made available to view on the district website BoardDocs link beginning on May 27, 2020. 

*The Dragon Tales Budget Issue will be mailed to District residents on Friday, May 29, 2020.

In accordance with Executive Order 202.26, absentee ballots will be mailed by the District to registered voters in each household on Monday, June 1, 2020. Ballots must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the vote in order to be counted.  If a member of a household is a qualified voter, but not a registered voter, please contact Sandra Lang, District Clerk for additional absentee ballots at (585) 599-4525 ext 1950 or email slang@pembrokecsd.org.   

Definition of Qualified Voter: A person shall be entitled to vote in the School District’s 2020 Annual Meeting and Election, who is:  

1. A citizen of the United States;
2. Eighteen years of age;
3. A resident within the School District for a period of thirty days next preceding June 9, 2020; and
4. No person shall have the right to vote who would not be qualified to vote at an election in accordance with the provisions of section 5-106 of the Election Law.
